Job Duties Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the PCP. Assist with crisis interventions. Support the Team Lead with behavioral and substance use disorder treatment interventions. Help develop relapse prevention and disease management strategies. Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments, considering the relationship with mental health. Basic Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation. Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks. Provide proof of educational credentials. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, or a closely related field.
