With a focus on quality, integrity, and customer success, ETS is committed to enhancing your building's comfort, reliability, and value.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Service, Troubleshooting & Optimization – Diagnose and resolve issues on a variety of commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and fine-tune system performance for energy efficiency and reliability.Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing service concerns, recommending improvements, and delivering high-quality communication and support.Communication & Documentation – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up. Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and related documentation in a timely manner.Training & Mentorship – Stay up to date through ongoing technical training.
