This role supports daily kitchen operations across assigned outlets and contributes to an environment of continuous learning and growth. The Cook I reports to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.What You Will DoPrepare food items to order with consistent quality, following recipes, portioning, and presentation standardsComplete mise en place and set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner servicePrepare items in advance according to forecasted demand, minimizing overproductionOperate and maintain kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, broilers, mixers, slicers, steamers, and grillsEnsure proper food storage by labeling, dating, and rotating products in line with safety standardsMonitor inventory levels; assist with requisitions, prep lists, and reporting shortagesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipmentSupport food cost control initiatives by minimizing waste and following portion standardsComply with Four Seasons standards of conduct and safety policiesCollaborate effectively with culinary team members and supervisorsWhat You BringHigh school diploma or culinary education (preferred) or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of culinary or related experienceStrong foundational and advanced culinary knowledgeProficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniquesExperience operating standard commercial kitchen equipmentAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageExcellent training and development opportunitiesComplimentary accommodations at other Four Seasons propertiesComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee meals401(k) retirement planMust be willing to work a flexible schedule.
