Days/Mid - 06:30 AM to 03:00 PM or 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Operating Room procedures. The ideal candidate will have expertise in orthopedic surgeries, podiatry, gynecology, and general laparoscopic procedures. Candidates with circulating experience are preferred, and those with scrubbing experience will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Manage patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient data throughout surgical procedures.
• Provide effective communication to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed, including weekends.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system.
