Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in the Operating Room setting, carrying out physician orders, administering medication and treatments, and monitoring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care during surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and progress, adjusting care as required.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety.
• Document patient care and progress using Epic charting system.

Requirements:

• Current RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Operating Room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
• Vaccination for flu is required unless exempted by documented medical evidence.
