My client in Virginia is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Nursing to join their team. A BSN and Master's degrees are preferred and leadership experience within a long term care facility is required. This is a great area that is close to metros and the beach. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, sign-on bonus, annual bonus potential, and a great benefits package.
