As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Develop a sense of Care in written and verbal communication skills. Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Embrace adventure and be available for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Maintain a consistent schedule, available at least 20 hours per week, with hours typically up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 in peak weeks (not to exceed 30).
