Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for a 228-unit apartment community in Holiday, FL. You will supervise on-site staff, drive occupancy and resident retention, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with programs (Section 8, etc.). Before opening, you will work at Regency Palms in Port Richey, FL. The role requires a 2-year degree (4-year preferred), 3+ years of multifamily property management, and strong communication.
