Job Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist provides compassionate and effective speech and swallowing therapy services to patients ranging from toddlers to older adults in an outpatient pediatric setting. Responsibilities include conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations of speech, language, hearing, and swallowing abilities, followed by detailed reporting and recommendations to the referring practitioner. This role involves delivering individualized therapy under a physician's care plan, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare services to ensure comprehensive care. The therapist also educates patients, families, and caregivers, supports community awareness initiatives, and maintains liaison with external agencies to enhance patient support.

Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences or a related field. 2. Master's degree (M.A., M.S., or M.A.T.) in Speech Language Pathology. 3. At least one year of clinical experience preferred; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply.

Licensure and Certifications: 1. Current or in-progress state licensure. 2. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required or in progress.

Work Environment: This position offers a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, with typical hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The role is based in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere for professional growth and patient-centered care.
