Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 1-3 years of experience in abrasive blasting processes in a manufacturing shop environment. Preferred - Knowledge and experience of powder coating and its applications. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge are required. Ability and desire to grow and be a team player within our organization. Ability to speak, read, and understand English to interpret the manufacturer's application specifications with little to no assistance. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Lifting: 0-20 lbs. unassisted, 50-100 lbs. assisted. Ability to legally work within the United States. Valid and current driver's license. Responsibilities Operates abrasive blasting equipment for the removal of scale, flux, corrosion, dirt, and oils from parts Uses hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools Use of forklifts for moving parts and loading/unloading delivery trucks Identifies and reports defective parts. Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
