Plumber

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair residential and small commercial plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair residential and small commercial plumbing systems and piping
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for remodels and maintenance projects
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques, as needed
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely
Conduct system inspections to identify issues and troubleshoot mechanical problems within plumbing systems
Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and electrical teams to coordinate project activities
Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Facilitate customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and client communication
​ Qualifications:
Minimum three years plumbing experience required; journeymans license preferred
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
