Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

A supportive school district is seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, onsite contract positions for the upcoming school year in New Caney, TX. These positions will support the 2026–2027 school year, with school sites and caseload details to be determined.

You’ll be joining a collaborative educational team focused on supporting students’ communication needs in a structured, school-based environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech and language disorders
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
· Deliver direct therapy services to students
· Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
· Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
· Support students in reaching their communication goals throughout the school year

Experience:

· Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
· Experience with evaluations, IEPs, and school-based therapy services is a plus
· Must be comfortable working in a school-based setting

Education & Licensure:

· Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License required
· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required

Position Details:

· Start Date: 2026–2027 school year
· End Date: End of 2026–2027 school year
· Schedule: Full-time, 37 hours per week
· Location: New Caney, TX
· Setting: School-based
