Precision Assembler and Brazer - Aerospace and Defense Industry!

The Precision Assembler and Brazer will be responsible for the assembly, straightening and dip brazing of aluminum chassis for the Aerospace and Defense industries. This is a critical role within the Brazing team and requires a detailed mind set. This role reports directly to the Dip Braze Supervisor. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Strive towards a culture of proactive safety. Precision mechanical assembly of complex assemblies using internal drawings, shop travelers, set-up sheets and measuring tools. Dip Brazing, pre and post braze straightening. Chemical cleaning of components. Preventative maintenance and equipment calibration. Other duties as assigned. Experience / Qualifications High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED). Ability to read mechanical symbols and prints. Great manual dexterity and attention to detail. Previous manufacturing experience required. Dip braze experience a plus. Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
