Directs, coordinates and supervises the delivery of therapy services in either Sports and Therapy or Child Development and the activities of personnel involved in providing these services. Under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Manager of the Department of Outpatient Rehab, is responsible for the provision of services in accordance with Medical Center standards, and state, federal and local regulations.

Join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through collaborative rehabilitation care. As Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership for inpatient and acute rehab therapy teams, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and operational support. This position also champions staff development through orientation and training programs and contributes to organizational safety initiatives as an active member of the Safe Patient Handling Committee

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Licensure: Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist with a current license in state of practice.
Experience: 
Certifications: Registered Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist. CPR Certified.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Experience: Three years of clinical experience preferred.
