Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor provides work direction to workers and supervises team leaders performing production activities in a manufacturing environment. With the Plant Manager, coordinates all activities required to ensure production goals are met. This shift is from 2pm to 11pm.Essential Duties And Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)Supervises production team leaders and coordinates the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.Provides training as necessary.Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty and responsibility listed above.
