HVAC Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Responsibilities Full project lifecycle ownership – scheduling, budgeting, and scope control. Lead preconstruction efforts including estimates, design reviews, and proposals. Manage project finances, monitor costs, and ensure profitability targets are met. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, and Construction teams. Prepare change orders, contracts, and critical project documentation. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships. Proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Support future business development opportunities. Requirements Proven experience managing HVAC construction projects ranging from $50K to $25m+. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred. PE license or advanced degree (MBA/Masters) a strong plus. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
