Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN
Location: The Gardens at Gettysburg – Gettysburg, PA
The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking a compassionate and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Gettysburg, PA. In this as-needed role, you’ll help residents rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reclaim independence through personalized care and evidence-based therapy.
What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
Deliver high-quality patient care using proven therapeutic techniques.
Set and adjust short- and long-term functional goals.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania.
Current BLS certification.
Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
