You assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, address the whole patient, and treat them as an individual. You collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients get the care they need to thrive. You train patients and caregivers on skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
