Healthcare Integration Architect
Excelon Solutions
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in a Technical/Solution Architect role
- Hands on experience in SQL Server, ADF (Orchestration), POWERBI, Snowflake, Prefect (Orchestration), Servicenow, GIT, ADO
- Strong domain knowledge of Home Health business processes — including eligibility, authorizations, clinical workflows, EMR systems (HCHB preferred), and post-acute care coordination
- Working knowledge of data integration patterns ( HL7/FHIR, ETL pipelines, data warehousing )
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
