As a Security Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vehicle activity in accordance with community policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual activity through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
