Sales Solutions Representative

Job Description

Horizon Sales & Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Solutions Representative to join our team. In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for driving sales of products and services to customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide in-depth knowledge of mobile, internet, and TV solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Process transactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
