Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ year of experience for a busy orthopedic-focused clinic in Lincolnshire, IL.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases
• Patient population includes adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients
• Caseload of approximately 11 visits/day and 55 visits/week, with patients seen every 30 minutes for 60-minute treatment sessions
• Orthopedic cases include Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post-op back pain, disc herniation, fractures, low back pain, headaches, meniscus tears, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries (surgical and non-surgical), SI joint dysfunction, stenosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and total joint replacement
• Schedule is flexible with 4x10 shifts considered; must be available for both morning and evening hours
• EMR: NextGen

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Experience treating adult, adolescent, and geriatric populations required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient screening, building caseload, case management, fall risk assessments, gross motor assessments, and outpatient evaluation for injuries
• Business casual dress code required
