Now Hiring: Industrial Maintenance Technicians

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Shifts:

• Sun-Wed, 6 am-4:30 pm OR 6 pm-4:30 am
• Wed-Sat, 6 am-4:30 pm OR 6 pm-4:30 am

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced systems including conveyors, robotics, and industrial automation in a cutting-edge environment.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Automated conveyor systems
  • Industrial automation and/or robotics
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
• Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems
• Support a 24/7 high-volume operation
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed

• Experience with CMMS systems
• Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems

• Starting pay: $32.50/hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.50 - $35.50/hr.
