WHAT DOES A CLINICAL THERAPIST (LCSW/LMHC) DO? As a Full-Time Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LMHC) at Canopy, your day-to-day experience will be both engaging and fulfilling. Each morning, you’ll begin your week by preparing for individual therapy sessions, conducting initial assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans. Your schedule will typically run Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while ensuring consistent client engagement. You can expect to meet with clients throughout the day, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Regular documentation and case reviews will be part of your routine to track progress and adapt strategies as necessary.
