Overview Behavior Technician (BT) – A role focused on working one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism in a center‑based environment. The position supports the development of skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What You’ll Do Deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, following individualized treatment plans. Build skills through play, connection, and presence that creates a safe environment. Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology. Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with. Prepare for and obtain RBT certification within the first 45 days. Minimum 18 years old, high school diploma or equivalent. Reliable attendance and completion of administrative tasks. Resilience and compassion, especially on challenging days. Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus. Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
