MON-WED

Hours: MON: 8A-7P (huddle at 7:45A)

TUE & WED: 7A-7P (huddle at 6:45A)

Lunch 1P-2P

Patients: Mostly Adults, 5% peds (26ppd)

Skill set:

Restorative: fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, root canal treatment, dentures, extractions (simple & surgical), and simple endo

Can refer out if needed

Support: Solo doctor office: 1DH, 2DA, office manager

Office: - EMR: Open Dental

- 4 chairs: 2 hyg, 2 procedure

- Nomad X-ray, Medit Scanner, Pano

- PPO only

- No in-house lab

*Must have active DEA
