Wtpi Service Heating and Cooling is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for their Pittsfield, MA, location. In this role, you will service equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Must have 2 years experience,  Also will be in the on call rotation.

Summary:
For over 30 years, Wtpi Service Heating, and Cooling has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Berkshire County. Wtpi has the highest rating on google in the county.

Responsibilities:
Perform service of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
Oil Burner License
EPA – Universal Certification
Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record

Salary: $41,600.00 - $83,200.00 per year
