Restaurant BOH Prep & Line Cooks
What we offer:
- $20.00/hour base plus $2.50-$3.50/hr. in tips
- Health, vision and dental insurance (must be over 30 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all served food
- Follow detailed recipes for scratch kitchen
- Cook food, manage production & presentation of all food on the line
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures
- Ensure the freshness and quality of food by tasting
Requirements:
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to adapt and follow instructions
- Ability to move freely around the kitchen
- Ability to lift loads of 25-50 pounds
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, and more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cooking and culinary arts a plus
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment
- High-level knife skills
- Strong attention to detail
