Their team sticks around, and once you're in, you’ll see why. They are now looking to add a Tax Manager to ease the load and help guide the next generation of staff. It is a steady role in a calm, well-run firm that values experience, collaboration, and balance. What they are looking for: CPA required (EA considered if authorized to represent before the IRS) Five or more years in public accounting Strong review experience across individual and business returns Confident handling complex tax issues across different industries Experience with CCH Axcess is essential The setup: Hybrid working, with three days in the office No rigid reporting lines.
