Job Summary Shift Manager: Lead the shift team, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Oversee quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Plan and manage shift operations. Monitor performance and enforce company standards. Ensure safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them. Help departments meet their goals. Core Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality. People skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Flexible schedule and team‑player attitude. Compensation & Benefits Part‑time: $14.00 per hour plus additional compensation. Full‑time: $16.00 per hour plus additional compensation. Paid vacation. Free meals.
