As a Patient Access Supervisor, you will lead a team of Patient Access professionals responsible for ensuring patients receive fast, accurate, and compassionate access to care.

This is more than a leadership role. It's an opportunity to shape the patient experience, support frontline healthcare teams, and drive revenue cycle performance through coaching, quality oversight, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support a team of Patient Access associates, providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient registrations, insurance eligibility verification, and benefits validation
• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping resolve patient concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy
• Partner with clinical and administrative teams to maintain strong working relationships and support efficient patient flow
• Train and develop staff on workflows, policies, procedures, system enhancements, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor quality assurance metrics and ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and organizational standards
• Support employee performance evaluations and talent development initiatives by providing meaningful feedback and coaching
• Promote the effective use of technology, systems, and operational tools to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, quality outcomes, and the overall patient experience

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing frontline teams
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment with competing priorities
• Experience managing quality, productivity, and operational performance metrics
• Knowledge of patient access operations including registration, insurance verification, and eligibility processes
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or management role

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $55,000.00 - $72,717.75 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
