Position Customer Service Representative Location Downtown Holland, MI Job ID 304 # of Openings 1 General Summary The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.
