Position: Registered Nurse (Medical Surgical)

Location: Salem, VA

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Mixed Shifts / Night Shifts
• Rotating Weekends

Pay & Benefits:

• $31.70–$47.54/hour
• Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $1,500 Relocation Assistance

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

Experience:

• Acute care experience preferred but not required
• Willing to cross-train candidates

Available Units:

• Medical Surgical
• Oncology
• Orthopedic Trauma

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document patient care accurately
• Educate patients and families
• Respond promptly to patient needs
