Warehouse Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday; 2:00pm-11:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment. Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control. Lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires. Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or agricultural tires. Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment, ensuring safety. Remain on the move and be willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods, including overtime. Contribute to our safety culture and adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures. Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory) as needed. Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions, subject to reasonable accommodations. Physical Demands and Work Environment Employees must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds, and work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. All equipment except for toe boots is provided. Employees may be exposed to weather conditions and moderate noise; fumes from tires and lubricants are present. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience. Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and lift up to 80 pounds occasionally. Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Experience working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment. Adherence to all safety policies and transportation regulations. Forklift certification required. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures. Team player.
