Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Perform joint aspirations/injections, interpret imaging, and order appropriate lab monitoring. Initiate and titrate DMARDs, biologics, and small-molecule therapies. Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and infusion protocols. Collaborate with referring PCPs, orthopedists, and pain management specialists. Qualifications Current and valid NP or PA license in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 1–2 years of specialty APP experience, preferably in a Rheumatology or internal medicine setting. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other compensation, is $120,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at hire and will consider factors such as skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
