Are you a people person with a knack for multitasking and keeping things running smoothly? Lexus of Nashville is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Service Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our service department.
Position : Full-Time Service Receptionist
Schedule: 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Pay : $18/hour - Paid Weekly

Greet service customers with a smile and guide them through their visit.
Direct guests to the correct department and connect them with the appropriate team member.
Answer phone calls professionally and route them or take detailed messages.
Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
Help customers with loaner vehicles and drive customer vehicles as needed.
Keep our café area tidy and welcoming - including preparing light refreshments.
Support dealership operations and jump in where needed.
A positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
