Dental Hygienist

Dr. Rick Carter is looking for an exceptional Dental Hygienist to join his dental practice in Maple Grove. This is a wonderful opportunity for a hygienist who loves what they do, genuinely enjoys caring for patients, and wants to be part of a practice where relationships, quality care, and teamwork matter. What You'll Do As a Dental Hygienist, you'll play an important role in helping patients maintain excellent oral health while creating a comfortable, positive experience during every visit. Responsibilities include: Providing preventive dental hygiene care, including cleanings and periodontal therapy Performing periodontal assessments and documenting patient conditions Educating patients about oral health, preventive care, and home-care techniques Identifying potential areas of concern and communicating findings with the dentist Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation Following appropriate infection-control and sterilization standards Working collaboratively with the dentist, dental assistants, and office team to provide outstanding patient care Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed Dental Hygienist in Minnesota Compassionate, friendly, and patient-centered Dependable and professional Detail-oriented and clinically confident Someone who enjoys building lasting relationships with patients A team player who wants to contribute to a positive and supportive practice environment Most Importantly...
