Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing

• Service and install HVAC systems, including furnaces, condensing units, and heat pumps.

• Set equipment and install line sets for new construction and replacement projects.

• Diagnose HVAC issues and complete repairs efficiently in the field.

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation tasks while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Communicate job progress, project updates, and service needs with team members and leadership.

• Support primarily commercial projects, with occasional residential work as needed.

• Follow company procedures and industry standards to deliver reliable HVAC solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of HVAC experience.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, troubleshooting, and repair.

• Ability to read and understand technical information and equipment specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.
