Job TitleHVAC TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesChange and service filters, oil & grease bearings and perform belt adjustment and replacement services. Cooling tower and condenser maintenance – coils, evaporators and tubes. Clean and perform routine maintenance as required. Perform indoor air quality related maintenance including but not limited to the cleaning of duct systems and drain pans. General housekeeping tasks that are required by the customer to operate mechanical equipment.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Valid Vehicle Operators license. Ability to stand, sit or squat for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, move and carry material up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at extended heights. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). i.e. but not limited to, Dust mask, gloves, eye protection and hearing protection. Benefits are provided through local labor union aligned with collective bargaining agreement.
