A well-established AV-rated Medical Malpractice Defense firm is seeking Associate Attorneys with 2-5 years or 5-10 years of litigation experience to join its growing team in Winter Park, Florida. Job and Responsibilities The Associate Attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, attending hearings, conducting depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while managing substantive case responsibilities and delivering exceptional client service.
