Electrical Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Ravena, NYShift: 7 PM to 7 AM or 7 AM to 7 PMPay Rate: $46/hr (Union position with great benefits!)About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role supporting the continuous operation of plant and quarry equipment in a fast-paced production environment.We are looking for skilled industrial electricians with strong troubleshooting experience working on 480V+ electrical systems, motors, MCCs, switchgear, industrial controls, and production equipment.This is an excellent opportunity to join a unionized facility offering strong compensation, overtime opportunities, and long-term career stability.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipmentWork on 480V+ electrical systems, motors, switchgear, MCCs, and industrial equipmentPerform preventive and reactive maintenance in a heavy industrial environmentDiagnose equipment failures and participate in corrective actionsComplete work orders, maintenance reports, and equipment documentationConduct inspections and identify safety or operational concernsFollow all plant safety procedures, MSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA)Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant reliability effortsMaintain safe and clean work areasQualifications5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Maintenance TechnicianExperience working in industrial or heavy manufacturing environmentsStrong troubleshooting experience with 480V+ electrical systemsExperience with industrial equipment, motors, controls, switchgear, MCCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferredAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentsComfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environmentHigh School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver’s License requiredNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
