Job Title: RN - Med/Tele Float - Direct Hire

Location: Kingman, AZ, 86409
Department/Unit: Med Surg/Tele
Shift: Nights (Direct Hire)
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The RN - Med/Tele Float will provide high-quality, compassionate care to 5–6 patients per shift requiring inpatient hospitalization for medical or surgical conditions. This role involves floating across multiple Med Surg/Tele units and occasionally to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor and interpret EKGs and telemetry
• Administer medications and treatments using Pyxis and Alariz IV pumps
• Document care using Meditech charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float between Med Surg/Tele units on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and PCU when required

Requirements:
Minimum of at least 1 year acute care, EKG competent
