RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled and dedicated Infusion/Clinical Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire position at a home infusion pharmacy in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves working with patients who have acute conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of pharmaceutical care. Position Details: Location: Phoenix, AZ Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for direct hire Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with rotating "on call" weekends. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sterile compounds, including IVs, Hydration, TPNs, and Antibiotics, in accordance with USP 797 standards. Provide clinical consultation to patients, medical staff, and nursing teams. Dispense medication and monitor patients' drug therapies, ensuring safe and effective treatment. Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including workflow management and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Qualifications: Active Arizona Home Infusion Pharmacist license. 1-2 years of experience in an infusion pharmacy setting. Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Hands-on IV compounding experience is required, with 2-3 years preferred.
