CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR – MAJOR HEALTHCARE GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year Job Type: Full-Time-Onsite Responsibilities CM/CA will be a part of a team of professionals and act as the Owner's Representative role on these programs from design through construction and closeout. CM/CA will be required to learn and integrate our company’s best practices related to project delivery, budget, schedule, quality and operations in the healthcare environment. CM/CA will act as an advisor/liaison with the client (user groups, design team, contractors, and facility engineering representatives). The CM services will be used to support traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build contracts. A summary of the major tasks is below. Pre-Design/Design Phase Scheduling Planning Market Analysis Constructability and Phasing Review Construction Period Phase Establishing temporary field offices Monitoring project financial data and budgetary cost accounting Progress Meetings Assisting in issue resolution Testing and Inspection Services Performing additional construction-related services Claims Analysis and Resolution Services Qualifications Licensing: None Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in both design and construction. Knowledge: Able to quickly understand and master requirements of local state and federal jurisdictions in relation to the Projects. Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and drawings to readily understand and assess requirements. Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes budgeting and scheduling to lead the project’s success. Preferred Qualifications Leadership: Must possess the ability to collaborate and integrate with other professionals. Experience with Healthcare and Federal projects. Licensed engineer (PE or EIT).
