Senior Real Estate Analyst

Position Summary Director of Investment Sales will represent clients in the buying and selling of commercial properties, providing essential support in negotiations and ensuring successful transactions and optimal outcomes for all parties involved. Responsibilities Drive the growth and expansion of the investment sales practice through aggressive originating, structuring, and closing of transactions. Promote the sale and lease of commercial real estate using diverse marketing channels. Prepare and provide necessary legal documentation to support transactions. Build and nurture client relationships within the assigned region. Collaborate with mortgage bankers and other internal teams to enhance business development opportunities. Prepare and analyze property and market data to support client presentations and marketing materials. Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies throughout the transaction process. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referral channels. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial real‑estate investment sales, with a strong track record of originating and closing transactions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client‑management skills. Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with market and financial analysis tools. Knowledge of legal documentation and regulatory requirements in commercial real‑estate transactions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
