Job Titile: Vendor Security Management Specialist Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid / Austin, TX Onsite Job Description
Seeking an experienced Vendor Security Management / Third-Party Risk Management professional to manage vendor security onboarding, risk assessments, access controls, network connectivity, vulnerability management, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end vendor security onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence, approvals, and offboarding .
- Maintain vendor security documentation including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NDA/DPA, insurance, and penetration test reports .
- Define and enforce vendor access controls, least privilege, and network segmentation .
- Manage and troubleshoot Client-to-Site and Site-to-Site VPN connectivity.
- Review firewall rules, ACLs, and network access policies .
- Perform vulnerability assessments using Qualys, Tenable, or similar tools .
- Track remediation, conduct periodic vendor security reviews, and escalate critical findings.
