The Ski Team Segment Development U12 Head Coach (Ski) oversees a specific age class, segment or sub-segment of a ski discipline within Team Palisades Tahoe (TPT). The Segment Head Coach contributes to the overall success of Team Palisades Tahoe in accordance with the Mission and Vision as measured by the quality of the athlete and employee experience, retention, athlete success, and parent satisfaction. This position works directly with a Department or Age Class Program Manager and a Senior Manager. This Team races Tahoe Race Series and some Far West Opportunities.
