They are seeking a TIG Welder to join their team. Your day-to-day as a TIG Welder: Read and interpret advanced CAD drawings and weld symbols to plan welding tasks. Measure, align, and clamp thin-gauge stainless steel components for precise fit-up. Perform high-precision TIG welding on stainless steel materials using proper techniques. Set up and monitor inert gas shielding and back-purging systems to protect weld quality. Grind, blend, and passivate welds to meet strict cleanroom-ready standards. Conduct self-inspections using calipers and gauges to ensure airtight and leak-free joints. Your skills and experience: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience with TIG welding, preferably on thin-gauge stainless steel. Familiarity with setting up and using purging and shielding equipment. Attention to detail for quality inspections and precise measurements. Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools. Basic understanding of post-weld finishing processes such as grinding and passivation.
