Managing the MES applications
• Handle L2/L3 support incidents (user service requests, system issues, bug fixes, data fixes, enhancements)
• Understanding MES application, analyzing production issues & providing the solution.
• Follow ITIL framework for service delivery.
• Monitor Service Now and assign tickets to self from the queue.
• Coordinate with other team-members globally to support applications that are in scope.
• Work on change requests and problem management.
• MES configuration Master data creation, updates

Required Skills:
• Priority 1: Experience in POMSNET MES.
• Priority 2: Experience MES from life science
• Hands on experience of any of MES application, preferably POMSNET/POMS/ Simatic IT EBR/ FactoryTalk PharmaSuite
• Must have MES configuration & development experience.
• Work Order management, batch management, label printing, material consumption, bill of materials, audit trail and historian, training management, resource management
• Hands on experience on database like SQL, ORACLE server
• MES Production support
• Candidate should have knowledge of Recipe manager, Security Administrator, Manage Order, Recipe Application Developer modules.
• Having hands on knowledge on the POMSNET system administration. Includes database maintenance, configuration manager, Barcode label configuration.
• Candidate should have strong knowledge of having detailed knowledge on POMSNET specification management includes material model, equipment model, process model.
• Candidates should have knowledge on user management in POMSNET and managing security administrator groups and objectives.
• Need to coordinate with teams from different time zones and ensure issues are resolved.
• Candidates should have knowledge on preparation and revision of BOM, BOE.
• Creation/ designing the recipes in poms to the total fill-finish line from dispensing to packing and ensure successful execution on the shop floor.
