Johnny J's Pub & Grille in Strongsville is hiring a General Manager – Restaurant & Bar to lead FOH and BOH teams through a week that includes Girls' Night Out on Wednesdays, steak & chop night on Thursdays, and the $14.99 fish fry on Fridays, with a menu of Starters & Shareables, Burgers & Handhelds, and Jumbo Wings.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams
- Hire, train, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health department standards
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Help drive sales and restaurant profitability
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, General Manager experience preferred
- Full-service restaurant or bar experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
